UBA Kenya Ltd

In November 2008, UBA Kenya Bank Limited was formed as a wholly owned subsidiary of UBA plc, and later licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK). The Bank opened its doors to the public on October 7, 2009, after the government gazetted UBA Kenya Bank Ltd as a bank in a supplementary edition of the Kenya gazette.
